In New York, Priya finds out that she is pregnant and calls her aunt, Sailaja, to talk about how she feels about her relationship with her fiance, Abhi .

In 2011, Abhi comes to New York, through a consultancy company managed by Rao, in order to pursue his dream of being an app developer. Through the consultancy company, he meets Priya. He comes up with an idea to create an app called, Vydhya, which could help people diagnose their injury or disease through artificial intelligence. However, Rao disapproves of this idea and tells Abhi that he should focus on getting a regular job first and then focus on the app, later. However, Abhi persists and convinces a few investors about his idea. As a result, when Abhi goes to Rao for funding, Rao denies to fund him. Priya then decides to help Abhi by giving him $15,000, to get his app built with coders and to form a start-up.

Over a course of a decade, Abhi manages to become a billionaire with his app, with the company becoming one of the biggest in the world. However, with the enormous success, it causes Abhi to become self-centric and egotistical, which strains the relationships with people around him. Meanwhile, Rao is tasked to give jobs to 60 people that have come through his consultancy company, as they require a job in the next 7 days, or their visas will get cancelled, becoming a risk for deportation. Rao, as a last hope, tries to meet Abhi, but he refuses to employ them, in retaliation on Rao for denying him the funding to his start-up. This causes Priya to breakup with Abhi, while Rao gets cardiac arrest, simultaneously.

In shock, Abhi gets a call from one of his investors saying that Rao's approval is what helped Abhi start his app and company. Abhi, guilt-stricken and distressed, starts panicking. This causes his dormant humble personality, to come out. His humble persona helps him realize that he needs to re-visit the people that helped him succeed, up to that point.

Through a flashback, in 2003, it is shown that an 18 year-old Abhi was very good in school and athletics, where wins a boat race, which causes the village head, Narayana Rao, to fund Abhi's further studies. Abhi also starts to develop feelings for Narayana Rao's daughter, Paaru. However one day, Narayana Rao finds out about Abhi and Paaru's love for each other and threatens Abhi's mother, to take Abhi and leave the village. This also causes Paaru to leave Abhi, for good.

Back in the present, Abhi finds Paaru in India and meets her saying how he is thankful for leaving him that day, as it allowed him to pursue his dreams. He then meets an aged Narayana Rao and reconciles with him, as well. With Abhi all happy, he calls Priya, but she declines his call multiple times, only to find out that she is getting an abortion, against Sailaja's wishes. Abhi's humble persona then tells him that he needs to go meet his old rival, Sharva, who injured Abhi and broke his hand after graduating.

Through another flashback, in 2006 in Visakhapatnam, it is shown that Abhi and Sharva have a heated rivalry, which causes Abhi to fool Sharva into taking his 40 foot cutout for the film Pokiri while Abhi steals Sharva's 35 foot cutout. It is then shown that for the past 3 years, Sharva and Abhi have had a rivalry in field hockey, and the hatred for each other is fueled through the sport. However, Abhi slowly develops a sibling relationship with Sharva's sister, Chinnu and she helps Abhi win a hockey game against Sharva, by telling him his tactics. This enrages Sharva and he decides to text Abhi through Chinnu's phone to meet up with Abhi at the college. Abhi then gets beat-up heavily by Sharva and his gang, and he escapes through a train with his hand, broken.

Back in the present, Abhi finds Sharva at an election campaign and both of them reconcile, with Sharva showing him that he lost his leg, due to karma, and that he still feels guilty about what he did to Abhi back then. They meet Chinnu again and Abhi thanks Sharva for beating him up that day, because without that, he would not have found the foundation for his app and he would instead be playing field hockey, as a full-time player.

Abhi then comes back to New York, and during Rao's funeral, Priya finds out that Abhi has changed. She also realizes that he regrets the mistakes he made with Priya and Rao. He employs the 60 people from Rao's consultancy company, at Vydhya. He also resigns as the CEO of the company, whilst also rehiring old employees that were part of his initial success with the app. He ultimately decides to make the app free. At the end, Priya and Abhi both reconcile and get married.
